The members of The Kingston Trio were no strangers to television. From their earliest days, in 1958, up to the present, they have been featured in all manner of television shows.
These particular television highlights are from The Jack Benny Show circa January 1965. The boys played the parts of incarcerated (on very loose charges!) American tourists in a skit featuring the great Mel Blanc as Cy, their Mexican jailer--in where else, but Tijuana! To all manner of questions asked by The Trio of Cy regarding their release, all he would say was, "Si." This proved a bit exasperating for the boys, but all ended well!
